The Cottage consists of two rooms and a bathroom. The main room is 400 Sqr feet with high ceilings and the other room is about 100 sqr ft. There is one bathroom. It is 60 feet away from the main house seperated by a beautifuly landscaped yard. It has it's own driveway and private fenced in area. It has a gas fireplace, Ceiling fans, central Air and Heat, a fenced in Patio, Carport, outdoor eating area etc.
